Marc runs the business of InsideStyle. He sees business as similar to the” left brain /right brain” analogy. Marc is analytical and methodical as opposed to Jill who is now free to focus on only the Creative element of Insidestyle.
This division has been a winning formula for Marc and Jill since they opened the business in 2014.
The idea is to provide Jill and the team with more time for design and not on the day-to-day tasks of running a business. Some of the other roles Marc takes are community outreach.
As any business that intends to sustain itself, it must give back to the community and should be involved.
Company culture is at the forefront of his mind in creating a team that can move the business forward in not only the most efficient manner but the most enjoyable way.
